Does Ubisoft know how to throw a party or what? Splinter Cell Blacklist just celebrated its launch with a massive throw-down in Toronto’s trendy neighbourhood, The Junction. The cast of Splinter Cell walked away with some surprise swag from Ubisoft Canada. It was a night of celebrating, toasting, talking and meeting. The highly anticipated game is being released onto store shelves starting on August 20th, across all platforms.
